Micaela Desmet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Varsity College. After university she entered the world of work while continuing to study and explore her passion for education and psychology.

As a student Micaela completed multiple work study courses requiring her to work in schools and other environments while embracing all aspects of psychology. Through this Micaela found her passion for educational psychology as well as developing a deep interest in gender psychology.

When not studying or working, Micaela enjoys spending time with family and friends, mountain biking, horse riding and getting creative with food and art.
